This annual list recognizes rising stars in the staffing and workforce solutions ecosystem who are making significant contributions and shaping the future of the industry. 

Roger joined Acara in 2012 and has spent over a decade driving transformational change within the company’s domestic and international recruiting operations. Rising through the ranks from Recruitment Specialist to Director of Recruiting, he now leads a team of 15 recruiters focused on delivering top talent to clients across multiple industries.

Among his accomplishments, Roger successfully led the integration of a new recruiting team mid-year while meeting aggressive hiring and gross margin targets. He has implemented key performance metrics—including time-to-fill and submission-to-interview ratios—to drive measurable improvements across the recruiting function. Additionally, his efforts to optimize the job application process increased completion rates by 25%. 

Roger is also a thought leader within the industry, contributing content on inclusive hiring practices and career development strategies for Acara’s blog. He was recently featured in the All-In at Acara series, which highlights standout employees within the organization. 

In his role, Roger collaborates with delivery teams to train staff on recruiting tools and technologies, and works closely with vendor partners such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and CareerBuilder to keep Acara on the cutting edge of staffing best practices. 

His strategic vision, commitment to innovation, and passion for mentorship have made him a respected leader both at Acara and in the broader staffing community.
