a less hidden, calendar-like time selector would be much more intuitive to use.

This is from an IT architect – which means I am really familiar with UIs, APIs etc. .

Plans that execute commands (Conditional Logic)

TimeLeft- either at the beginning of a Pomodoro or at the end. I have TimeLeft reminders set up at each end of a Pomodoro:

At the beginning, I have a reminder that calls Microsoft Team chat to see if I’ve missed anyone contacting me. (Teams is already started; what happens is that Teams windows gets focused to top)

At the end, I have a reminder that starts ManicTime client (the main part of ManicTime runs in the background; the client is the window that displays the spent time). This is the Pomodoro Break, which I use to record my time for the last half-hour, which is how long my Pomodoro lasts.
There are other reminders that aren’t tied to a Pomodoro, such as:
Every Monday morning, a reminder pops up that opens Microsoft Project page so that I can record what I did last week. I use ManicTime to determine what I did.
Every two weeks, I have a window open so that I can approve my timecard for the last two weeks.
I have a reminder that is set up to run numerous times, notifying me that my PC will be restarted at 6pm. It runs at 5pm, 5:50 and every two minutes after that, until 5:58. I have another one set up that actually restarts the PC.

Block Newly Installed Apps

I recommend adding a “newly installed apps blocking feature” in the plans so if there is a newly installed app it will be blocked and get added to the blocked apps list and anyone can easily remove the new app from the blocked apps list when the plan ends.

Time Limit plan type also counts down tabs not in focus.

The Time Limit plan type for websites only counts down when you’re actively on the selected sites. The timer doesn’t countdown when the tab is open but not in focus, such as when you’re on a different tab or application. I would like the option for it to countdown if a tab is open, but not in focus or being used.

DNS Filtering Feature

What if there was a feature that filtered out unwanted content from your search results enabling you to browser the web at ease. If FocusMe created a DNS filtering system with CloudFlare or Cisco then they could offer this as an add on plan. Especially if this came with disable protection.

Block internet access without blocking the PC

It would be great to focus on a task without the distraction of the internet. There is a plan that does this, however, it blocks your PC and renders it unusable for the duration of the plan. It would be great to have a plan that shuts off the WiFi for a couple of hours so you can get work done without any distractions

Share custom plans anonymously

There's a lot of work that goes into making a plan watertight. But if users could share plans then that would save hours of distraction and finding loopholes. It would all be anonymous of course. That way users could use this feature as backup for their plans as well.
