Renaming an executable may pose an issue in loading and running an app. Regardless of the exe file successfully launching after being renamed, you can always use the Process name to block the app.

Autoblocking the directory of a blocked app is not supported to prevent other applications under the same location from being affected though we can manually create a block using the File location for that app.
