Throughout his career, Damian has successfully managed several large-scale workforce initiatives, including an on-site Master Vendor Program for more than 1,000 contractors, which gave him firsthand insight into the intricacies of program execution. His total expertise includes the implementation of enterprise-level Master Vendor Programs (MVPs) impacting nationwide locations, Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) solutions executing 900+ hires in a year, and Managed Service Programs (MSPs) overseeing budgets exceeding $100M.
