I found the pros and cons of the office work (during the summer internship). This is because I had a clear schedule and knew that after 5 I have free time for myself and my family.
Now I am working remotely (as well as continuing my studies) and my schedule is like chaos. I work in multitasking mode, I have a flexible schedule and because of that my productivity is not always high. But of course, I like the fact that the work can be postponed or it can be done, for example, at night. But to work remotely, you have to be disciplined.
