I’ll be honest, time management is sometimes a challenge for me. To deal with it, I use a time management tool. I’ve tried a couple of them and so far the best one is kanbantool.com . It’s based on the Kanban method and helps me to manage my tasks wisely. Also, seeing all the finished tasks in the “done” section has a motivating influence on me.

Sometimes I use the technique of Pomodoro to accomplish my tasks. And it works well for pre-planned tasks.
